We come to you. Our mobile model means children receive speech therapy where they feel most comfortable — at home or in their child care learning center. Depending on your matched therapist and availability, we offer both a traditional weekly therapy model and a weekly intensive model, where your child receives 1 or 2 focused intensive sessions per month designed to maximize progress and fit your family's schedule.

We offer consultation in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH), with a focus on building reflective, sustainable early childhood systems. As a Growing Minds provider, Toni Rae delivers IECMH consultation to programs across Alaska, including support through Help Me Grow. Individualized speech-language therapy delivered in the home or at our center in Anchorage. We specialize in early intervention, language development, feeding, and relationship-based care.
Teletherapy
Not in Anchorage? No problem. A-Z Speech Therapy offers remote speech-language therapy services via secure video conferencing, so families and individuals outside the Anchorage area can access excellent, relationship-centered care from wherever they are in Alaska.
IECMH Consultation & Reflective Supervision
Consultation in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health for organizations and providers working in early childhood systems. We support teams in doing meaningful, sustainable, relationship-based work.
About the Owner

Relationship-Driven.
Toni Rae is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience working across Alaska — from Anchorage and the Kenai Peninsula to the Aleutians, Kodiak, and the Yukon–Kuskokwim region. Her work has spanned infant learning programs, child care learning centers, and center-based settings, home visiting, and clinic-based practice, giving her a broad, grounded understanding of the many ways families and communities access care.
Toni Rae's clinical focus is early intervention and early childhood — shaped by deep expertise in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH). She holds an IMH-E® endorsement as an Infant Family Specialist and has served on the Alaska Association for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (AKAIMH) Board of Directors since 2019. She also provides IECMH consultation as a Growing Minds provider, supporting the expansion of early childhood mental health services statewide.
What drives the way A-Z operates is simple: Toni Rae believes that the best outcomes happen when providers feel supported, families feel seen, and practice is grounded in real relationships. She built this practice to extend that belief — and to invite other providers and partners to be part of it.
